Start the NHS weight loss plan. A free 12-week diet and exercise plan. The plan, which has been downloaded more than 4 million times, is designed to help you lose weight safely – and keep it off. Developed in association with The British Dietetic Association.

 These commercial weight loss programmes offer both group, 1 to 1 and online support programmes across North West London.

These  programmes are not free to attend. Prices can be found on their website.
