Dr Jen Nash’s “Diabetes and Wellbeing” looks at the psychological aspects of living with diabetes and offers exercises using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques.

The “Overcoming...” self-help guides cover topics including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, mood swings, binge eating and more. All use CBT techniques
